Ingredients

  • 2 cups leftover turkey, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Toss the shredded turkey with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Place the turkey in the air fryer basket and cook for 5-7 minutes until crispy.
  4. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  5. Add the crispy turkey and crumbled feta cheese to the salad.
