Ingredients
- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon pepper seasoning, salt, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Coat the chicken thighs evenly with the seasoning mix.
- Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, skin side down.
- Cook for 12 minutes, then flip and cook for another 8-10 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the chicken before serving.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the chicken thighs.
- For extra crispiness, increase cooking time by 2-3 minutes.
