Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes, cut into fries
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp anticuchos spice blend
- 1/4 cup crumbled queso fresco
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 2 tbsp crema or sour cream
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes
- Toss potato fries with olive oil and anticuchos spice
- Air fry for 15 minutes, shaking basket halfway
- Transfer to serving plate and top with queso fresco, cilantro, and red onion
- Drizzle with crema and serve with lime wedges

- For crispier fries, soak cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking
