Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen French fries
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup corn kernels (fresh or canned)
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spread the frozen fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  3. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy.
  4. In a bowl, mix corn, mayonnaise, gochujang, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  5. Top the fries with shredded cheese and the corn mixture.
  6. Air fry for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts.
  7. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
  8. Serve immediately.
