Description

Crispy fries topped with rich Malaysian rendang and your favorite loaded fries toppings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb frozen French fries
  • 1 cup Malaysian rendang (cooked)
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook fries in air fryer for 12-15 minutes until crispy.
  3. Warm rendang in a microwave or saucepan.
  4. Place cooked fries on a serving plate.
  5. Top with rendang, cheese, green onions, sour cream, and cilantro.
