Description
Crispy fries topped with rich Malaysian rendang and your favorite loaded fries toppings.
Ingredients
- 1 lb frozen French fries
- 1 cup Malaysian rendang (cooked)
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook fries in air fryer for 12-15 minutes until crispy.
- Warm rendang in a microwave or saucepan.
- Place cooked fries on a serving plate.
- Top with rendang, cheese, green onions, sour cream, and cilantro.
- Serve immediately.
