Ingredients

  • 1 lb pulled pork (cooked)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup diced red onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped pickles
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 4 small tortillas or buns


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the pulled pork with barbecue sauce in a bowl.
  3. Place tortillas or buns in the air fryer basket.
  4. Layer the pulled pork mixture on each tortilla or bun.
