A delicious and easy-to-make air fryer loaded pulled pork dish, perfect for a quick meal or party snack.
Ingredients
- 1 lb pulled pork (cooked)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup diced red onions
- 1/4 cup chopped pickles
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 4 small tortillas or buns
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the pulled pork with barbecue sauce in a bowl.
- Place tortillas or buns in the air fryer basket.
- Layer the pulled pork mixture on each tortilla or bun.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Air fry for 3-5 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Remove from the air fryer and top with sour cream, red onions, pickles, and cilantro.
- Serve immediately.

- Use pre-cooked pulled pork for convenience.
- Adjust barbecue sauce quantity to taste.
