Ingredients

  • 8 oz lobster meat, cooked and chopped
  • 8 oz crab meat, cooked and flaked
  • 8 oz shrimp, cooked and peeled
  • 16 oz elbow macaroni, cooked
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour to make a roux.
  3. Gradually whisk in heavy cream until smooth. Cook until slightly thickened.
  4. Add cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted.
  5. Mix in garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
  6. Combine cooked macaroni, lobster, crab, and shrimp with the cheese sauce.
  7. Transfer mixture to an air fryer-safe dish.
  8. Air fry for 10-12 minutes until the top is golden and crispy.
