Description
A rich and indulgent lobster grilled cheese sandwich cooked quickly and evenly in the air fryer for a crispy exterior and a warm, melted interior.
Ingredients
- 2 slices of sourdough bread
- 1/2 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 4 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp butter, softened
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Pinch of paprika
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and paprika.
- Butter one side of each bread slice.
- Place one bread slice butter-side down in the air fryer basket.
- Layer the shredded cheese and lobster mixture on the bread.
- Top with the second bread slice, butter-side up.
- Air fry at 375°F for 5-7 minutes, until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Let cool for 1 minute before slicing and serving.
