Description
A healthier version of lasagna made in an air fryer, packed with protein and macro-friendly ingredients.
Ingredients
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 lb ground turkey (lean)
- 1 cup ricotta cheese (low-fat)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella (part-skim)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce (low-sodium)
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package, then drain.
- Brown ground turkey in a pan, seasoning with garlic powder, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Mix ricotta cheese and beaten egg in a bowl.
- Layer noodles, marinara sauce, turkey, ricotta mix, and cheeses in an air fryer-safe dish.
- Repeat layers until ingredients are used, finishing with mozzarella.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use no-boil lasagna noodles for quicker prep.
- Swap turkey for chicken or plant-based protein.
- Add spinach or zucchini for extra veggies.
- Store leftovers refrigerated for up to 3 days.
