Description
Crispy and sweet tortilla chips made in an air fryer with maple and cinnamon.
Ingredients
- 4 small flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut tortillas into wedges.
- Mix maple syrup, cinnamon, melted butter, and salt in a bowl.
- Brush both sides of tortilla wedges with the mixture.
- Place wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use whole wheat tortillas for a healthier option.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
- Serve with yogurt or fruit for dipping.
