Description
A flavorful vegan dish using marinated portobello mushrooms cooked in an air fryer for a meaty texture.
Ingredients
- 4 large portobello mushrooms
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Clean the portobello mushrooms and remove the stems.
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, garlic, smoked paprika, black pepper, and thyme.
- Coat the mushrooms evenly with the marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until tender and slightly crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite sides.
