A healthy and flavorful fish bowl with Mediterranean-inspired ingredients cooked in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 white fish fillets (such as cod or tilapia)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cucumber, diced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup kalamata olives, pitted
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the fish fillets dry and rub with olive oil.
- Mix oregano, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle the spice mix evenly over both sides of the fish.
- Place the fish in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes until flaky.
- While the fish cooks, assemble bowls with quinoa, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and olives.
- Top each bowl with cooked fish, feta cheese, and a drizzle of lemon juice.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- Use any firm white fish for this recipe.
- Adjust cooking time based on fish thickness.
