Description
A creamy, smooth cheese dip inspired by Mexican restaurant queso blanco, made easily in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 8 oz white American cheese, cubed
- 4 oz Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup diced green chiles
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine all ingredients in an air fryer-safe dish.
- Cook for 5 minutes, then stir.
- Cook another 3-5 minutes until fully melted and smooth.
- Stir well before serving.
Notes
- Use block cheese for best texture.
- Adjust milk for thinner or thicker consistency.
- Serve immediately as dip thickens when cooling.
