Ingredients
- 4 ears of corn, husked
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup crumbled cotija cheese
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
- Place the corn in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway, until the corn is tender and slightly charred.
- In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and sour cream.
- Brush the cooked corn with the mayo-sour cream mixture.
- Sprinkle with cotija cheese, chili powder, and smoked paprika.
- Serve with lime wedges and chopped cilantro on top.
