Description
A rich and flavorful Italian lasagna made easy with an air fryer. Layers of pasta, cheese, and a savory meat sauce come together for a delicious meal.
Ingredients
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb Italian sausage
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 24 oz marinara sauce
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
- Brown ground beef and sausage in a pan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
- Stir in marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Layer noodles, meat sauce, and cheese mixture in an air fryer-safe baking dish, repeating until all ingredients are used.
- Top with remaining mozzarella.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
