Ingredients

  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F
  2. Toss mushrooms and garlic with olive oil
  3. Air fry for 8 minutes
  4. Transfer to pot and add broth
  5. Simmer for 10 minutes
  6. Season with thyme, salt, and pepper
