Description
A simple immune-boosting soup made with mushrooms and garlic, cooked quickly in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 tsp thyme
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F
- Toss mushrooms and garlic with olive oil
- Air fry for 8 minutes
- Transfer to pot and add broth
- Simmer for 10 minutes
- Season with thyme, salt, and pepper
