Description
Crispy and flavorful mustard green fries made in an air fryer. A healthy alternative to traditional fries.
Ingredients
- 1 bunch mustard greens, washed and dried
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Trim the stems from the mustard greens and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, toss the greens with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
- Place the greens in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- Air fry for 5-7 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the greens are crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, cook in batches.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
