Description
Crispy air-fried nuggets with a sweet and smoky maple glaze.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Dip chicken pieces in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place nuggets in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Mix maple syrup, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Brush glaze over nuggets and cook for 2 more minutes.
Notes
- Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crispiness.
- Adjust cooking time based on nugget size.
- Serve with dipping sauce if desired.
