Description
Easy and quick oatmeal chocolate chip cookies made in the air fryer. Perfect for a sweet snack or dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- Add softened butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized dough portions and place them in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.

- Use parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
