Description

Easy air fryer oatmeal raisin snickerdoodle cookies. Soft, chewy, and packed with cinnamon flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar (for coating)


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix oats, flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  4. Beat in egg and vanilla.
  5. Gradually stir in dry ingredients.
  6. Fold in raisins.
  7. Combine cinnamon and 2 tbsp sugar in a small bowl.
  8. Roll dough into 12 balls, then coat in cinnamon sugar.
  9. Place cookies in air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  10. Cook for 6-8 minutes until golden.
  11. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
  • For crispier cookies, cook 1-2 minutes longer.
  • Substitute raisins with chocolate chips if preferred.
