Description
Easy air fryer oatmeal raisin snickerdoodle cookies. Soft, chewy, and packed with cinnamon flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar (for coating)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix oats, flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
- Beat in egg and vanilla.
- Gradually stir in dry ingredients.
- Fold in raisins.
- Combine cinnamon and 2 tbsp sugar in a small bowl.
- Roll dough into 12 balls, then coat in cinnamon sugar.
- Place cookies in air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes until golden.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- For crispier cookies, cook 1-2 minutes longer.
- Substitute raisins with chocolate chips if preferred.
