Description
A quick and flavorful sandwich with a rich olive tapenade spread, made effortlessly in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup pitted olives (black or green)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp capers
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 slices crusty bread
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 cup sliced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup baby spinach
Instructions
- Blend olives, garlic, capers, lemon juice, and olive oil in a food processor until smooth.
- Spread the tapenade evenly on two slices of bread.
- Layer basil, tomatoes, and spinach on top.
- Cover with the remaining bread slices.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place sandwiches in the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve warm.

- Use any type of olives you prefer.
