Description
Crispy and juicy chicken drumsticks made in an air fryer oven with minimal oil.
Ingredients
- 6 chicken drumsticks
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer oven to 380°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
- Pat the chicken drumsticks dry with a paper towel.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Coat the drumsticks evenly with the spice mixture.
- Place the drumsticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 22-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
