Ingredients

  • 200g oyster mushrooms, torn into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Dip mushroom pieces in the beaten egg, then coat with the flour mixture.
  4. Toss coated mushrooms in breadcrumbs for extra crispiness.
  5. Lightly spray or brush mushrooms with olive oil.
  6. Arrange mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
