Description

A healthy and delicious paleo pizza made with an almond flour crust and cooked in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded dairy-free cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix almond flour, egg, olive oil, salt, and garlic powder in a bowl to form a dough.
  3. Press the dough into a flat circle on parchment paper.
  4. Place the crust in the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Remove the crust and spread tomato sauce over it.
  6. Top with dairy-free cheese, bell peppers, and mushrooms.
  7. Sprinkle with dried oregano.
  8. Cook for another 5 minutes in the air fryer until the cheese melts.

Notes

  • Use a non-stick cooking spray if needed to prevent sticking.
