Description
A healthy and delicious paleo pizza made with an almond flour crust and cooked in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded dairy-free cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix almond flour, egg, olive oil, salt, and garlic powder in a bowl to form a dough.
- Press the dough into a flat circle on parchment paper.
- Place the crust in the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes.
- Remove the crust and spread tomato sauce over it.
- Top with dairy-free cheese, bell peppers, and mushrooms.
- Sprinkle with dried oregano.
- Cook for another 5 minutes in the air fryer until the cheese melts.
Notes
- Use a non-stick cooking spray if needed to prevent sticking.
- Adjust toppings based on preference.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
