Description

A delicious twist on classic lasagna with layers of beef, bacon, cheese, and a crispy Parmesan-garlic topping made in the air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 9 lasagna noodles, cooked
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a pan, then drain excess fat.
  3. Mix ricotta, half the mozzarella, and Italian seasoning in a bowl.
  4. Layer noodles, beef, ricotta mixture, bacon, and marinara in an air fryer-safe dish.
