A delicious twist on classic lasagna with layers of beef, bacon, cheese, and a crispy Parmesan-garlic topping made in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 9 lasagna noodles, cooked
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
- Brown the ground beef in a pan, then drain excess fat.
- Mix ricotta, half the mozzarella, and Italian seasoning in a bowl.
- Layer noodles, beef, ricotta mixture, bacon, and marinara in an air fryer-safe dish.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Air fry for 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use no-boil lasagna noodles to save time.
- Adjust cook time based on your air fryer model.
- For extra crispiness, broil for 2 minutes after air frying.
