Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Mix parmesan, breadcrumbs, ranch seasoning, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Beat egg in a separate bowl.
- Dip each chicken tender in egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Lightly spray air fryer basket with oil.
- Place tenders in a single layer in the air fryer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Check internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Serve hot.
