Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchinis, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Toss zucchini slices in olive oil, then coat with the parmesan mixture.
- Arrange zucchini in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately.
