Description

Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchinis, cut into sticks
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Dip zucchini sticks in beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place zucchini sticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
