Description
Make a quick and delicious pizza using an air fryer with pesto and tomato confit toppings.
Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pizza crust
- 1/4 cup pesto sauce
- 1/2 cup tomato confit
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush the pizza crust with olive oil.
- Spread pesto sauce evenly over the crust.
- Add tomato confit on top of the pesto.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the toppings.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Place the pizza in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 6 minutes, then check for doneness.
- Cook for another 2-4 minutes until the cheese is melted and the crust is crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let it cool for 1 minute before slicing.
Notes
- Use fresh pesto for better flavor.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Add fresh basil leaves after cooking for extra freshness.
