Description

Make a quick and delicious pizza using an air fryer with pesto and tomato confit toppings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pizza crust
  • 1/4 cup pesto sauce
  • 1/2 cup tomato confit
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brush the pizza crust with olive oil.
  3. Spread pesto sauce evenly over the crust.
  4. Add tomato confit on top of the pesto.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the toppings.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper.
  7. Place the pizza in the air fryer basket.
  8. Cook for 6 minutes, then check for doneness.
  9. Cook for another 2-4 minutes until the cheese is melted and the crust is crispy.
  10. Remove from the air fryer and let it cool for 1 minute before slicing.
