Description
A quick and easy twist on classic Philly cheesesteak with crispy fries cooked in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 lb frozen French fries
- 1 lb thinly sliced beef steak
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.
- Cook French fries in air fryer for 10 minutes, shaking halfway.
- While fries cook, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add beef, bell pepper, onion, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to the pan. Cook for 5 minutes until beef is browned.
- Top cooked fries with beef mixture and shredded cheese.
- Return to air fryer for 2 minutes to melt cheese.
- Serve immediately.

- Use fresh steak slices for best texture.

- Add hot sauce if you prefer spicy flavor.
