Description

Easy and delicious air fryer pigs in a blanket with a sweet and tangy honey mustard glaze. Perfect as an appetizer or snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 16 mini cocktail sausages or hot dogs
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. Cut each triangle into 3 smaller triangles.
  3. Place one sausage at the wide end of each dough triangle and roll up.
  4. In a small bowl, mix honey, Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, melted butter, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. Brush half of the glaze over the wrapped sausages.
  6. Place pigs in a blanket in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space between them.
  7. Cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown, brushing with remaining glaze halfway through.
  8. Serve warm with extra honey mustard for dipping.

Notes

  • For crispier results, don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket.
  • You can use regular-sized hot dogs cut into smaller pieces if preferred.
  • Adjust cooking time if using a different air fryer model.
