Ingredients
- 1 large flour tortilla
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the tortilla.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Add pepperoni slices evenly.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the toppings.
- Fold the tortilla tightly into a burrito shape.
- Brush the outside lightly with olive oil (optional for crispiness).
- Place in the air fryer basket and cook for 5-6 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Let cool for 1 minute before slicing and serving.
