Description
A quick and delicious air fryer pizza toast made with cottage cheese for a healthier twist.
Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Optional toppings: sliced pepperoni, bell peppers, mushrooms
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush both sides of the bread with olive oil.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly on each slice.
- Top with cottage cheese, shredded mozzarella, and optional toppings.
- Sprinkle garlic powder and oregano over the toppings.
- Place the slices in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve immediately.
