Ingredients
- 4 bone-in or boneless pork chops (about 1-inch thick)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
- Pat pork chops dry with paper towels.
- Rub pork chops with olive oil.
- Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder in a bowl.
- Coat pork chops evenly with the spice mix.
- Place pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
