Description
Crispy and juicy pork chops cooked quickly in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 pork chops (1 inch thick)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
- Pat pork chops dry with paper towels.
- Rub olive oil evenly over both sides of the pork chops.
- Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle seasoning mix evenly on both sides of the pork chops.
- Place pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flip halfway through.
- Check internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use applewood smoked paprika for extra flavor.
- Adjust cooking time for thinner or thicker chops.
- For crispier chops, spray lightly with cooking oil before air frying.
