Ingredients

  • 4 thin-cut pork chops (about 1/2 inch thick)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub olive oil on both sides of each pork chop.
  4. Season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  5. Place pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 6 minutes, flip, then cook for another 4-6 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  7. Let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
