Description

Make crispy and flavorful Korean glazed pork ribs in your air fryer with minimal effort.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork ribs
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds


Instructions

  1. Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, gochujang, honey, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil in a bowl.
  2. Coat the pork ribs with the marinade and let sit for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Place the ribs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
