Description
Crispy and juicy pork schnitzel made easily in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 pork loin chops (about 1/2 inch thick)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for spraying)
Instructions
- Pound the pork chops to 1/4 inch thickness.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Dredge each chop in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs mixed with paprika.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly spray the chops with olive oil.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges.
Notes
- Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crispiness.
- Check internal temperature—should reach 145°F (63°C).
- Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket.
