Description

Crispy and juicy pork schnitzel made easily in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 2 pork loin chops (about 1/2 inch thick)
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for spraying)


Instructions

  1. Pound the pork chops to 1/4 inch thickness.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Dredge each chop in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs mixed with paprika.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Lightly spray the chops with olive oil.
  6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.
  7. Serve hot with lemon wedges.

Notes

  • Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crispiness.
  • Check internal temperature—should reach 145°F (63°C).
