Ingredients
- 1 pork shoulder joint (1.5 kg)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 180°C (360°F).
- Rub pork with olive oil.
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Place pork in air fryer basket.
- Cook for 25 minutes per 500 g, turning halfway.
- Check internal temperature reaches 70°C (160°F).
- Rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
