Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork tenderloin
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Mix soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and black pepper in a bowl.
  2. Coat the pork tenderloin with the marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.
