Description
A quick and flavorful air fryer pork tenderloin with Asian ginger marinade.
Ingredients
- 1 lb pork tenderloin
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Mix soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Coat the pork tenderloin with the marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place pork in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Marinate longer for deeper flavor.
- Check internal temperature—145°F (63°C) for safe doneness.
- Serve with rice or steamed vegetables.
