Description
Crispy prosciutto-wrapped asparagus bundles cooked in an air fryer for a quick and delicious side dish.
Ingredients
- 1 bunch asparagus (about 20 spears)
- 6 slices prosciutto
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Trim the tough ends off the asparagus.
- Divide asparagus into 6 small bundles.
- Wrap each bundle with a slice of prosciutto.
- Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with black pepper.
- Place bundles in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook at 400°F for 8-10 minutes until crispy.

- Choose medium-thick asparagus spears for best results.
- Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket.
