Description
A quick and easy chicken quesadilla made in the air fryer for a crispy, cheesy meal.
Ingredients
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1 tsp taco seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix shredded chicken with taco seasoning.
- Place one tortilla in the air fryer basket.
- Spread chicken, cheese, bell peppers, and onions evenly on the tortilla.
- Top with the second tortilla and brush lightly with olive oil.
- Air fry for 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Cut into wedges and serve.
