Description
A quick and easy air fryer quesadilla filled with spicy chorizo and melted cheese.
Ingredients
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup cooked chorizo
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Spread olive oil on one side of each tortilla.
- Place one tortilla oil-side down in the air fryer basket.
- Layer cheese, chorizo, onions, and bell peppers evenly on the tortilla.
- Top with the second tortilla, oil-side up.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Flip carefully and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Remove, slice, and serve hot.
Notes
- Use pre-cooked chorizo for best results.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Add jalapeños for extra heat.
