Description
A quick and easy steak quesadilla made in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb flank steak, sliced thin
- 4 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 small onion, diced
- 1 tsp taco seasoning
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 370°F.
- Toss steak with taco seasoning.
- Place a tortilla in the air fryer basket.
- Sprinkle cheese, steak, peppers, and onions on half the tortilla.
- Fold tortilla in half.
- Cook for 4 minutes.
- Flip quesadilla and cook 3 more minutes.
- Remove from air fryer and cut into wedges.
Notes
- Use leftover steak for faster prep.
- Adjust cook time for crispiness preference.
- Serve with salsa, sour cream, or guacamole.
