Description
Crispy homemade chips with a spicy Cajun kick, quickly made in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (360°F).
- Slice the potatoes thinly and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Toss the slices in olive oil, Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for crispiness and cook for 1-2 more minutes if needed.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the potato slices in cold water for 15 minutes before drying and seasoning.
- Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste for more or less heat.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
