Description
A quick and easy gluten-free grilled cheese sandwich made in the air fryer for a crispy outside and melty inside.
Ingredients
- 2 slices gluten-free bread
- 1 tbsp butter, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 360°F for 3 minutes.
- Butter one side of each bread slice.
- Sprinkle cheese evenly on the unbuttered side of one slice.
- Place the other slice on top, buttered side facing out.
- Cook in the air fryer for 5-6 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
Notes
- Use dairy-free cheese and butter for a vegan version.
- For extra crispiness, spray the sandwich lightly with oil.
