Description
Quick and easy lemon butter scallops made in the air fryer for a delicious seafood meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh scallops
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat scallops dry with paper towels.
- Mix melted butter, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Toss scallops in the butter mixture.
- Place scallops in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes until golden.
- Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh scallops for best results.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Check scallops halfway through cooking.
