Quick and easy peanut butter fudge made in the air fryer in just 8 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
- Line a small baking dish with parchment paper.
- Combine peanut butter and butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Gradually mix in powdered sugar until smooth.
- Transfer mixture to the prepared dish and spread evenly.
- Place in the air fryer and cook at 300°F for 5 minutes.
- Remove and let cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Use natural peanut butter for a healthier option.
- Store in an airtight container for up to one week.
- For firmer fudge, refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
