Description
A quick and easy grilled cheese sandwich with pesto and mozzarella, made in the air fryer for a crispy finish.
Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 tbsp pesto
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Spread pesto on one slice of bread.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the pesto.
- Top with the second slice of bread.
- Butter the outside of both slices lightly.
- Place in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 375°F for 5 minutes.
- Flip and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh mozzarella for better melt.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Add tomatoes or spinach for extra flavor.
