A quick and easy air fryer pork tenderloin recipe with garlic and herbs.
Ingredients
- 1 lb pork tenderloin
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Rub pork tenderloin with olive oil.
- Mix garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Coat pork evenly with the herb mixture.
- Place pork in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Check internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
